The RG Hi-Nu takes everything that was great with the Nu and adds on an additional two years of refinement. Gone are the issues with the fin funnels, a function of the Hi-nu design. The amount of inner detail is astounding for a real grade.

I did not try to reinvent the wheel with this one, my goal was to create as premium of a final finish as possible. To that end, i used plenty of mr hobby super UV gloss and the best water decals on the planet, delpi decals. The biggest lesson learned from this project was to not underestimate the interaction between humidity and airbrushing. This kit suffered from an egregious amount of frosting after i had made the poor choice to try to clear coat it after a particularly rainy day in town.
