So let’s talk about one of my favourite ms designs and my first time using photo etch parts…
As stated above the GM Sniper II is one of my favourite designs of the entire UC timeline so it was only a matter of time till I’d build one in basically my favourite color schemes.
To add some more deteils to the build i decided to go with the SH Studio photo etch parts and G Rework details. as this was the first time working with photo etch parts for me I cut myself quite a bit and some of the parts aren’t applied perfectly but I still think the result looks quite nice especially with the decals.
In terms of my paint job I went with spec ops colors so basically light and dark grey with skyblue, copper and white accents which I think compliments the design of the suit.
The only thing that kinda bothers me is the way the visor scratched the paint on the top of the head, at least its a similar color to the blue used in the vents and I’m probably going to keep the visor up most of the time. Now I haven’t painted the sniper rifle or the bullpup machine gun as I don’t really care about them instead I made my own accessories which are based on the titans sniper rifle and the GM Sniper K9’s pistols which you can download here:
And yes I also magnetized the side skirts and the extra set of bazooka ammo from the MG GTO RX-78-02 to add something extra.
