00 Qan[T] Synthwave Custom

Here’s is my take on a synthwave inspired Gunpla build.

Paints:

-Body: Pro Acryl Turquoise, Custom mixes of Pro Acryl Purple, TurboDork Maimi Sunset (sword & metallic parts)

-Diorama: Scale75 Sunset Purple, Pro Acryl Turquoise, TurboDork Maimi Sunset

Construction

The modifications on the kit were kept to scribing panel lines.

The diorama was scratch built using styrene plastic with a piece of transparent purple acrylic as the reflective bottom. The night sky effect was created by stippling paint on the back piece.
