I originally didn’t much care for the Penelope… Till I built this kit and painted it up, I made sure to make clear castings of the red parts as I knew I wanted to capture the look of those Evil red eyes.

Ironically my castings had issues, so I had to touch up areas with UV resin and re sculpt the chin and face plate. I don’t think you could tell by looking at it.

The paint job did run into a curing issue with Alcolad II clear coats . The panel line wash soaked into the clear creating an ugly mess it took me 3 days to salvage this build.
