Lore: Ilise Plumeria is a cyber newtype escapee. Her incredibly heightened senses and chaotic demeanor proved to be too difficult for the scientists to handle. Despite all of that, she is a very nice girl who adapted into society very quickly, yet she still becomes incredibly dangerous while threatened. In 0094, she was encountered by Lucie Mariposa because of a physical dispute at a store (Ilise really wanted some ice cream). Lucie noticed Ilise’s mannerisms and ticks and correctly guessed her lineage after engaging with cyber newtypes before. Lucie played into her personality and offered her friendship in form of combat. Since the LIR95 is a secret faction, having a cyber newtype in combat again didn’t break any rules. She gradually stabilized out over the next few years being in the squad. The more she shoots, the more fun she has after all.
