Frame painted in Field Gray and gloss black. The chainmail effect was achieved by spraying gloss black through a piece of nylon over a gloss silver base coat.

Armor is Gloss Black base coat, then a layer of Metal Black, then highlighted with Metallic Red and Silver. The colored areas are Gold over Gloss Black. The spear is finished in Red Madder. Armor was gloss top-coated and the frame was given a flat topcoat.
