I love the Z’Gok.

I did not like it at all prior to getting into Gunpla, but after grabbing it on a whim and building it, it is so much fun

I wanted to practice my preshading, and used both Naphthol Red and Quinacridone Red. I wanted to use the darker red towards the edges with the brighter red in the center. I also stuck some decals I had from the Sazabi into it. Since this mobile suit was used in the Battle of Jaburo and swims in the water, I wanted to try some edge chipping with silver off a sponge. I think it came out okay, and less is definitely more here

I also based the arms and legs in black and gently misted silver over them until it built up a gunmetal-ish color

I love this thing, it’s so dumb and so fun
