This is my take on a Zaku II squad leader based on the HGTO Zaku2 C6 kit. The colors were adjusted to be more like the 0079 anime rather than the deep green that origin has been going with.

I swapped around the shield to be on the left which makes more sense to me. I also added a few decals for flavor. Added a Zakugirl pinup to the front skirt, a tally to the right shoulder, and a rank insignia to the head.
